Guidance And Support
The Passivhaus Trust runs a core programme of research, education and policy activities around the UK. Trust partners and members also provide a range of guidance, training and support, which Trust members can access at discounted rates – see below for further details. The Passivhaus Trust is also affiliated with the International Passive House Association, which has further information about international Passivhaus activities.
Guidance
The Passivhaus Planning Package (PHPP), will typically be used to inform the design process and to assess or verify compliance with the Passivhaus Standard.
The Passivhaus Institute also provides a list of steps about how to achieve the Passivhaus Standard for all stages of the project, from design and pre-planning through to construction, handover and induction of the occupants.
Training
In the UK, a number of organisations provide training about Passivhaus principles, how to use PHPP and how to meet the Passivhaus standard, including the following Passivhaus Trust partners:

Design support
A number of UK architects and designers have undertaken the training and are certified to help with the design of your Passivhaus. Details of Passivhaus Trust members who can provide design support will be added to this site shortly.
Certification
And finally, a number of UK organisations have been approved to assess and issue the Quality Assured Passivhaus Certificate. Details of Passivhaus Trust members who can provide certification will be added to this site shortly.
